ABC insurance announces new Bournemouth office

ABC Insurance, part of the LV= Group, today announced that it has further expanded its network by opening a new office in Bournemouth.

The office will manage broker relationships in the South West and will cover the area from Lyme Regis through to Portsmouth including Southampton and Salisbury.

Tim Griffiths has been appointed as Branch Manager for the office. Tim has 15 years insurance industry experience and most recently was at NIG, as Strategic Risk Manager. Robin Beard, also from NIG and Ronnie Anderton, from Allianz Cornhill, have been recruited as Senior Underwriters. Mike Allison has been appointed as Regional Sales Executive.

Products currently available from ABC Insurance include Commercial Combined Business insurance, sold via the branch network, plus Car Insurance and Commercial Package Insurance for Shop Owners, Property Owners and Offices & Surgeries

ABC Insurance was launched in June last year and currently has branches in Leeds, Croydon, Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester and Maidstone. In contrast to many insurers, the business intends to continue to develop its network to ensure brokers have easy access to local decision makers.
