Prize draw terms and conditions (click to expand)

You’ll be entered into the LV= Cup prize draw as long as you complete all the required information on the prize draw page between 9am Friday 3 February and 5pm Friday 2 March 2012. You do not have to purchase anything to enter.
Only one entry form can be completed and submitted per person. You can select to be entered into the prize draw for any or all of the matches available.
LV= Cup Semi-final – We have 5 pairs of tickets to give away for each of the Semi-final matches. The first is on 9 March and the second is on 11 March. You can’t have cash instead. The prize doesn’t include any expenses in relation to the prize. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and are subject to availability. We may substitute any prize with a different prize of the similar value.
LV= Cup final – We have 10 pairs of tickets to give away to the LV= Cup final on 18 March. You can’t have cash instead. The prize doesn’t include any expenses in relation to the prize. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and are subject to availability. We may substitute any prize with a different prize of the similar value.
The prize draw is only open to employees of our brokers, who are residents of the UK (excludes Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and over 18 years of age.
The prize draw is not open to staff of LV= or to their immediate family or to anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in electronic transmission. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt by LV=.
The prize draw will be held on Monday 5 March 2012. Entries must be in by 5pm on Friday 2 March 2012. The winners for each draw will be randomly selected by a judge appointed by LV= on 5 March 2012. The judge’s decision is final. Each winner will be notified by phone or email by 6 March 2012. We’ll make all reasonable effort to contact winners. Where we can’t make contact we’ll choose another winner at random and contact them by 5pm on 7 March 2012. If you’d like to know the names of the judge and winners, please send an SAE to: LV= Cup Prize Draw, LV= Broker, 171 Kings Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4EJ up to 2 months after the closing date.
The winners agree to participate in publicity relating to the draw and to publication of his or her name (and likeness) and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the winners of this prize draw and for related marketing purposes.
We have the right to change the prize draw terms and conditions and to withdraw the prize at any time.
