Ways to advise us of the vehicle changes
There are different ways to inform us:
- Download and complete the template and instruction sheet.
- Ask the MID Team to send a template and instruction sheet to you. This can be sent to you or your client either by Email or fax as requested. The changes on the template can then be sent to the MID Team using either of the following methods:

- For Motor Trade policyholders with 10 changes or less we can accept the changes over the telephone on 0845 373 1243 Option 1.
- Reporting direct to the MID. After some research LV= has taken the decision to allow brokers (on behalf of policyholders) and policyholders to go direct to the MID to make changes. For more information about how to do this please contact the MID team on 0845 373 1243 Option 1.

Motor Trade new business
For all Motor Trade new business brokers must now complete a proforma on the inception date of the policy.
Once the proforma has been completed it should be sent to the Commercial Underwriting Team by one of the following methods:
