Being easy to do business with

We’re focused on becoming even easier to do business with and supporting your customer’s needs through this uncertain time so we’ve made some changes to our claims service.

For Home we’ve:

  • added an ENOL (electronic notification of loss) capability to LV.com
  • increased the use of video technology to reduce the need for house visits
  • worked with suppliers to ensure that they have the appropriate protective equipment if they are visiting a customer in their home
  • allowed extra for additional clean-up activities in the home

 

For home and motor we’ve:

  • optimised alternative payment methods (bank transfers and electronic vouchers) to keep cheque payments to a minimum
