Our emails have changed to @LV.co.uk
Please update your LV= contact email addresses
When we became part of the Allianz Group, earlier this year, we changed our email domain, which means all of our email addresses now end with @lv.co.uk. We’ve also changed the email addresses our service and marketing emails are sent from so you may need to update your email whitelist.
At the moment any emails sent to our old @LV.com email addresses still reach us, but this will stop by 1st December, so it’s really important that you check and update the contact details you hold for us so you can stay in touch.
What we need you to do:
- Check and update any email addresses you hold for our teams or people from @lv.com to @lv.co.uk
- Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email whitelist*
- Share this message with your teams and ensure they update any contact email addresses they hold for us too.
